3. Tax Privileges

On 22 January 2025, the Duisburg-West tax office certified that Happy Healthy Hearts e.V., in the version dated 23 May 2024, complies with the statutory requirements pursuant to Sections 51, 59, 60 and 61 of the German Fiscal Code (AO).

Happy Healthy Hearts e.V. is authorized to issue donation receipts for donations and membership fees.

6. Staff Structure

Happy Healthy Hearts e.V. consists exclusively of volunteer members.The board as well as our treasurer work on a voluntary basis.Neither members nor board members receive any remuneration from the association’s funds.The board acts in accordance with the rules of procedure and meets at regular intervals.
